Christmas in Victorian Belvidere December 12, 2009 Events Included:
1. A Holiday Gift Marketplace featuring a large assortment of vendors.
A Special Thanks to the following locations for hosting this year's marketplace:
- Presbyterian Church Hall, Mansfield St. -United Methodist Church Hall, Hardwick St. - American Legion Hall, Greenwich St.
2. Holiday Tree Decorating Contest for youth organizations. This year's winners were:

3. The Belvidere Public Library presented a "Charming Christmas Craft Workshop".
4. "Downtown Shoppers' Holiday Trail" Shoppers were eligible to win "Belvidere Bucks Certificates".

5. Hotel Belvidere visitors were treated to some delicious hot cider and cookies compliments of "The Chelsea at Brookfield".
6. A Wine Tasting & Hors d'oeuvre Holiday Gathering at the "Historic Hotel Belvidere".
7. A Traditional Christmas High Tea at Belle Reve Bed & Breakfast.
8. Visitors took a self-guided tour of beautifully decorated parlors in select Victorian homes around town, and were treated to a Christmas Concert performed by the "Brookfield Singers" at the Hotel Belvidere.
9. The American Legion Hall offered a photo opportunity for parents to take photos of their children and pets with Santa.
10. New this year, a Gingerbread House Making Contest was a big success.
