The Hotel Belvidere

Located at the corner of Hardwick and Front Street, this year will mark the hotel's 175th anniversary.

To celebrate the completion of the extensive outside renovation of this 1831 landmark in historic Belvidere, a special dedication ceremony was held on Saturday, September 10th, 2005 during Belvidere's Annual Victorian Days event. From U.S. Congresswoman Kathy McMorris, an American flag that originally flew in Washington D.C. was gifted for the Hotel Belvidere's re-dedication.

Currently owned by the Deutsch family, the hotel will feature 20 hotel rooms for long and short-term rentals. There are 12 "European style" bedrooms with a central hallway and two shared bathrooms. There are eight single rooms with private baths, microwaves, refrigerators and coffee makers. There will be seven "mini suites" having a private bath, bedroom, mini kitchen, and living room. The rooms will be equipped with phones, central air and Internet access.

The Deutsch's are currently looking for tenants to lease the first floor for professional offices, a restaurant or other type of business.
