Garret D. Wall Park
In 1824 Garret D. Wall presented
this county park which “Is always to be kept and continued
open as a public square, walk, promenade for the free
common and uninterrupted use of the county of Warren
forever.” Garret D. Wall Park, locally referred to
as the town square, is the location for Belvidere's
Victorian Days as well as many other events throughout
the year.
