- Belvidere Bistro Grand Opening The Ribbon Cutting and Grand Opening \of the Belvidere Bistro, located next to the Food Mart on Water Street, will be at 11:00 AM on Saturday, September 18, 2010. Free chocolate covered pretzels will be given out to all who attend, and a free cup of ice cream will be offered with every sandwich purchase. The hours of operation will be Monday-Wednesday 10am-8pm, Thurs-Sat 10am-10pm and Sunday 10am-6pm.

The "sign garden" located at the Belvidere Municipal Building was donated and installed by the Belvidere Garden Club.

The Belvidere Garden Club is quite an asset to our town and deserves recognition and credit for the beautiful private gardens they maintain and for the wonderful seasonal floral decorations they create and display around town.
